OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL FEES, GAME SHOOTING AND SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE HUNTING GROUNDS OF THE REPUBLIKA SRPSKA AND
PRICE LIST OF THE HUNTERS' LODGE

| A.
General conditions |
1.
Game shooting can be done in accordance with the permission - approval for hunting which accepts the conditions of this price list.
2.
Hunting trophies are evaluated in accordance with the formula of the International Hunters' Council responsible for game protection (CIC).
3.
Shooting of some game is allowed to be done only with appropriate weapons and ammunition, as follows:
-
bear, with 7 m/m and more caliber rifle with IZOLUCENA barrel and bullet, which weights 11 grams and more;
-
chamois, with 6,2 x 51 m/m and more caliber rifle with IZOLUCENA barrel and bullet, which weights 6 grams and more;
-
roe deer, with 5,6 x 41 m/m and more calibers rifle with IZOLUCENA barrel and bullet which weights 3,5 grams and more;
-
wild boar, with 7 m/m and more caliber rifle
with IZOLUCENA barrel and bullet which weights
9,0 grams and more and with the shotgun which
uses "BRENNKE" or "IDEAL"
bullets;
-
(big) grouse, with 5,6 m/m and more caliber
rifle with IZOLUCENA barrel and bullet which
weights 9,0 grams and more and with the shotgun
which uses 4 m/m and more buckshot;
-
gray (Hungarian) partridge, chukar partridge,
pheasant, mallard and hazel grouse, with shotgun,
which uses 3 m/m and more buckshot;
-
snipe, quail and turtledove, with shotgun
which uses 2,5 m/m and more buckshot.
4.
Organizational fee on the daily basis includes:
-
in bear, wild boar, roe deer and chamois game
hunting - the organization of hunting, entrance
into the hunting ground, services provided
by the professional guide, usage of hunting
objects and adoption of hunting trophies for
transportation;
-
in big grouse and hazel grouse hunting - the
organization of hunting, entrance into the
hunting ground and services provided by the
professional guide.
5.
First-class hunting trophies are not allowed
to be exported abroad according to the law
on hunting, article 63.
6.
Hunter, a member of the Hunters' Association
which manages certain hunting ground (home
member), pays for game usage (trophy, meat,
fur) the amount which cannot be less than
25% for small game animals and 30% for big
game animals in regard to the prices of
this price list (the law on hunting, article
57).
Home
members do not pay compensation for the
game, which is out of protection orders
(under No.8) if the hunting of this game
is executed during organized actions.

| 2.4.
GAME DRIVING IN HUNTING |
| Driving of wild boars in hunting is organized in groups of five and more hunters. |
| . Daily organizational fee for a hunter is 300 KM and it includes: |
| -
arrangements of the hunting, entrance into the hunting ground and service of the game driver, |
| -
shooting of the first game animal, without taking into consideration the age and sex of the game. |
| Every following shot animal is charged by the average price as follows: |
